The Marine Corps Rose
In 1778, during the War of Independence, the Marine Corps Rose was dedicated to those Marines who made the Ultimate Sacrifice for their country. This tradition was continued by the French during World War i when Roses were planted, by the grateful French people, ON the graves of the Marines who lost their lives during the battle of Beleau Wood,

Donations are used primarily to assist veterans and youth in our community but may be used for local humaniarian aid in response to need. Some of our regular activities involve visiting/supporting local veterans in Va clinics and retirement homes, flag programs at local schools and supporting local Eagle Scout recognition programs.
